Rossignol Estate Winery
Started in 1990, with the first harvest and production in 1994, this 20 acre property in Little Sands this winery refrains from using pesticides and operates as an ecologically friendly vineyard in strip crop fashion. Grapes are grown with ample green space between the rows and they use pure oak barrels for traditional barrel aging for many of their wines. Come tour the vineyard and see the stainless steel vats, fruit presses, and oak barrels used in the various steps of small-batch artisan wine production. The winery has a 45,000 bottle capacity and produces a variety of premium fruit and table wines, sourced from local produce.Items For Sale
