Aylward's Farm
Aylward's Farm is hosting an in-person event that will include visiting the sheep, a rock painting activity, pin the tail, a photo booth and a BBQ. There will also be a showcase of sheep health care, wool carding, wool dying and felting tutorials.
Aylward's Farm is a fifth generation mixed commodity farm. We raise sheep and root/greenhouse vegetables and herbs. We also make soaps, Atlantic sea salts and teas, all of which incorporate products sourced on the farm. We also tan and sell sheep skin rugs and wool felted products which are crafted from our own farm wool which is hand dyed and carded. In addition, we have a butcher shop, selling local and Canadian sourced meats and specialty, in house, products such as sausages and burgers.
